Designer based in Dallas, TX.
Hey there! I'm James, a product designer who specializes in enterprise design.
I’ve spent the majority of my career working with all sorts of organizations to create scalable SaaS products. I currently work with the flight service team to design the payroll systems at American Airlines.
Prior to that, I managed the UX Team at EZLynx, following its acquisition by Applied Systems, where I helped 100s of 1,000s of insurance agents manage their businesses on a CRM platform.

American airlines
I currently design the systems that make sure flight attendants and pilots are getting paid. This includes several different products within the flight service team.

EZLynx
I lead the UX team by maintaining design system standards alongside some GOAT-ed devs, training cross-functional teams on best UX practices, and heading the company's large-scale efforts.

I designed a variety of print and digital apps and content for different startups in the Brooklyn area.

I designed a mobile gig app that helped college kids sell their services. The app won an award.
